What is the maximum size of a report?

We will process crash reports only if they are smaller than 2MiB per report. Anything bigger will be rejected and deleted from the device to prevent sending it again.

Because LogCat is usually the biggest part of the report and to have less rejected reports we decided to raise the report limit from 256KiB to 2MiB under the condition that only last 200KiB of LogCat will be available for full text search while you still be able to see the whole LogCat.
